Sachi Skincare - Returns Policy
We value your satisfaction at Sachi, and to ensure your peace of mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. Here's what you need to know:
Initiating a Return: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To start the process, contact us at hello@sachiskincare.com.au. Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
Return Eligibility: For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning Your Item: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about specific items.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: For a faster resolution, return the item you have, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. Follow the same return eligibility criteria mentioned earlier.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
